They are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for their site in central Leeds.

**Job Description**
To support the General Manager in all operations, in line with the business idea, enable smooth procedures within the bar, motivate staff, give excellent customer service and to ultimately maximise sales.

**Required Experience**
You will have a minimum of 12 months experience as an Assistant Manager in a bar style environment. You must be extremely driven and be a passionate, fun, out-going character, no wall-flowers need apply!

**Salary & Benefits**

**Job Description**
As the Deputy/GM Designate you will support the General Manager in all operations.
